A new look is coming to The Coach House Gallery website! It seems the winter months are just the time to buckle down and take advantage of the warmth of indoor living to get behind us some of those items that have been on the back-burner. We have been thinking of some new ideas for the website and those upgrades are soon to be released.
Some of those upgrades include a guest book where visitors can leave comments for an artist about their work, a clean refreshing look in which to view art on-line and a glimpse into the creative direction of your favourite artist. It has been an exciting time planning the website changes and it's now into the tweaking of the data. Watch for our new look early in 2012.
The Art of Conservation
The first International Artists for Conservation Festival has just recently been held at Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver. Sheila Ballantyne's Timeless was one of 70 pieces hanging, paintings from some of the world's best wildlife artists. Most of those paintings selected will be on tour, Sonora Desert Museum, Arizona being the next stop.
